Gentle and effective cleansing Have used this now for a few days in combination with other good skin™ All Calm products with great results. I was taken aback by its thin consistency, but it really does a good job of removing my makeup, including around my eyes with no burning. It seems to cushion my skin, providing it some added beauty treatment as well as calming and reducing redness. I have been extremely sensitive to all skin care products recently and even though in the middle of a tough breakout time this is very soothing, non-irritating and provides a thorough but gentle cleansing. Have not had luck with other gentle cleansers including Cetaphil and prescribed Plexion. I hope to continue great progress with this skin care line! -- G - Subtype 2 - Moderate Rosacea

All good skin Products I use several different good skin products. I found them to be superior to other national brands bought at the drugstore. I use the 'acne prone skin' products, as well the 'oily skin products'. I use the 'oily skin' products in the morning, and the 'acne prone skin' products in the evening, as well as the 'red/irritated skin' products for the rosasea. The combination of the products, different times of the day has been very helpful. Has been my miracle product I have tried about $800.00 in skin care products in the last 6 months since diganosed with rosacea. I have been miserable literally in tears. Nothing worked......TILL NOW. I read about this product on this website. I drove to my nearest Kohls which is an hour away to just to purchase The Good Skin proudcts. As soon as I got home I used them. My skin felt smoother and calmer instantly. I did have a little stinging on my eye lids. I even purchased thier foundation and eye makeup. I applied the make up and wore it the rest of the day. IT FELT GREAT! I used the product again that night and by the next morning my redness was almost gone and my dryness too. I am no longer flaky. Even my husband noticed. I love it!!! After using Basis for senstive skin for about 8 years, I tried this cleanser last Nov. I am getting vbeam lazer treatments and taking oracea antibiotics 3x a week so my skin is dryer and more sensitive. This is a very gentle cleanser and removes my make up well. I thank my lucky stars I bought this sample at Kohl's and plan to use it well into the future. I've also tried the moisture cream, but I'm not a big fan of creams, so I just put a drop of Jojaba Oil on my face and then Aloe Vera. Very appropriate name- calming I absolutely love this cleanser. I find that some cleansers targeted towards those with rosacea don't really provide adequate cleasing or leave skin soft and smooth. This cleanser does it all. I would recommend it to anyone. -- Anonymous - - Mild Rosacea

I really wanted to like it.. I had high hopes for this based on the reviews I read here, but I had several issues with this cleanser...The ingredient list was a mile long & gave me too much to react to, which I did :. On a warm day it made my face much more sensitive & even painful to tepid rooms...It felt like it left a heavy film on my face, I didn't feel clean, & it broke me out. Goodskin Products I love all goodskin products. Their is a new product called Smmoth 365 and it is the best serum ever. It boosts your skin's protection as well as having collagen boosters in it. Excellent! I have spent so much money on finding the least irritating and best products for skin with rosacea. I randomly came across the Good Skin line at Kohl's and was completely surprised. It is amazing. Just after the first day of use with the Calming Cleanser, there was a positively noticeable difference. So much so, I ran back to Kohl's and purchased the moisturizer, sunblock, and toner from the sensitive skin line of Good Skin. My skin is calmer, plumper, healthier, and smoother. Good Results This stuff is amazing. My face looks like brand new after only two weeks. Oddly the first time I used it it didnt help at all. But there are many variables in the skin equation and I dont think the cleanser was the actual culprit. Good results after 2 weeks I have moderate rosacea. Since I was diagnosed about 5 years ago, I've managed to keep it under control but haven't been able to use any cleanser on my skin. Not that great I bought this product based on the reviews I read here. Boy, was I wrong. The really thin consistancy of the product did not take all my makeup off. In addition, it did nothing to reduce the redness of my cheeks and chin. It actually dried my skin out. wonderful I have had a significant outbreak of my rosacea for almost 2 months. The Metro lotion from the doctor was doing nothing. The dryness, redness, and pimples were making me so self-conscious! I started with the good skin all calm products only 4 days ago and the results are dramatic. I can't say enough about these wonderful products- the cleanser, tonic and the moisturizer. They also have a green tinted concealer that really helps hide the redness. It is a little thick but I just use a small amount and spread it with a small makeup brush. excellent cleanser I went and bought this cleanser at Kohls friday. I tried the Cerave cleanser and lotion 3 days before I purchased the Good Skin. The Cerave really hurt my red blistery looking rosacea. I was hoping it worked but just made it so much worse and felt like it was burning my skin. The goodskin is the only one I have been able to use without any irriation to my red face. It feels soothing helps with redness. I bought the moisturizing lotion and calming cream all are calming goodskin products. It is the only product I can use on my extremely red face. I have very sensitive skin everything else would just burn and make it worse. I had tried origins,avon, rosac cream from the dermatologists all made it worse just about anything hurts my skin. Maybe for Winter care I tried this product and the whole line of Good Skin All Calm products in a starter kit. Following my first use of the cleanser, I could tell that it was not for me. It did not feel like it rinsed off and left a bit of a film behind. This may be good during the winter months for a little added moisture, but not for me in hot July. It actually triggered more redness on my cheeks and chin and felt hot and oily all night. When I purchased the starter kit at Kohl's, the lady at the register said she uses the Good Skin All Right line for her rosacea. I returned to purchase the All Right line and I am amazed at how, within only two days, my redness has calmed and my small bumps and pimples are clearing. Finally! After being so distraught about the worsening condition of my face and the amount of money I was spending trying to find something that worked, I came across your website and learned about the Good Skin All Calm line of products. I ran to my local Kohls and bought the trial kit that contains most of the products. After only a couple of days I could feel the difference in my face! My skin no longer itches and burns. It's still redder than a person without rosacea, but it is so much less red that it had been! I went back and bought the sunscreen before we left for vacation. Even while we were gone for a week in a very hot climate, my face never flared up!!! It's not a cure, but it sure helps. I'm not nearly as self-conscious about my face as I've been. Works very well I tried this cleanser thinking I had nothing to lose and it worked very well! It is not a miracle cure but it definitely made my redness diminish and has moisturized my skin so that it looks better in general. There are no harsh ingredients - at least for my skin. Rosacea Subtypes Subtype 1: Erythematotelangiectatic rosacea characterized by flushing and persistent redness, and may also include visible blood vessels. Subtype 2: Papulopustular rosacea characterized by persistent redness with transient bumps and pimples. Subtype 3: Phymatous rosacea characterized by skin thickening, often resulting in an enlargement of the nose from excess tissue. Subtype 4: Ocular rosacea characterized by ocular manifestations such as dry eye, tearing and burning, swollen eyelids, recurrent styes and potential vision loss from corneal damage. Rosacea Stages Pre-Rosacea the first cardinal sign of rosacea: blood vessels dilate to more stimuli, open wider and stay open for longer periods of time compared to normal persons. No visible damage can normally be seen. Mild Rosacea begins when the facial redness induced by flushing persists for an abnormal length of time - usually 1/2 an hour or more after a trigger. Those who have frequent pre-rosacea flushing are highly susceptible to progressing to mild rosacea. Some of the common triggers for a facial flush are heat, cold, emotions, exercise, topical irritants and allergic reactions. Moderate Rosacea as facial flushing becomes more frequent and intense, vascular damage occurs. This can result in long lasting redness, swelling and inflammatory papules and pustules. Telangiectasia (damaged micro blood vessels, often visible on the surface of the skin) may be noticed in the areas where flushing is worst. Severe Rosacaea characterised by intense bouts of facial flushing, severe inflammation, facial pain, swelling and burning sensations. Sufferers may develop intolerance to products they were able to use before. Also inflammatory papules, pustules and nodules may be present. Some experience a bulbous enlargement of the nose, known as rhinophyma. This is just a guide, you may of course experience symptoms outside these ranges.
