Cinema Secrets
Based out of the Burbank/Toluca Lake area, I'd never been to their retail store, but purchased this product from a local beauty supply store. I applied it with water as instructed for years---it wasn't until I went to their retail location that I learned it should best be applied with their liquid which looks like water but apparently is something else. Why I like it? Applied with a damp sponge, it has very quick and complete coverage. It's supposed to be one of those makeups that doesn't come off, but by end of business day, I usually find my rosacea spots showing through just a little. Again, this is not the "final" answer, but it works pretty decently, and the little pots last for months.
