Default Anticoagulants and IPL

I know we're not supposed to take any supplements or medecines that have blood thinning effects before and after IPL but I think I may have done so by mistake and I'm freaking out!

I just noticed that the green tea supplements I've been taking have 100 mg of grape skin extract in them which I think has the same properties as grape seed extract. Aaargh! On top of that someone told me that green tea itself can be an anticoagulant and I've been using curcumin which I was trying as an angiogenesis prohibitor/anti-inflammatory but just read that it has anti-clotting properties

I just finished up a triple session with Darm (I'll post mnore on this later) and started taking these supplements on about day 3 after my last tx. I had not taken anything for two weeks prior to seeing Darm. I didn't have any bruising or excessive swelling but am concerned I may have interefered with the effectiveness of the treatment.

Dr. Nase or any one that knows, do you think I screwed things up? I spent a lot of money on those tx and am really pissed at myself right now for being so careless with these supplements!

Yeah I just had to cancel an IPL txt and postpone it because some of my supplements are anti-coagulants.

For future reference, according to this website the following substances are anti-coagulant:
  • tocotrienols
    shark liver oil
    curcumin
    gingko biloba
    grape seed extract
    grapes and grape juice
    testosterone
    Coumadin
    fish oils
vitamin E at 300 IU or above
    B6 at 150-200mg
    EFAs
    garlic
    taurine
    gugulipids

It sucks because taurine, fish oils, and gingko biloba are on there and I take all of those regularly (taurine is in drinks like red bull, rockstar etc.).
