Do i have rosecea?

I have fair skin, my face is smooth and there is rarely any pimple, but my nose is always red and dry. I have visited a 2 different dermatologist and they both told me different thing. One said that my pores on my nose are simply block, he gave me some cream for treatment and it pretty much fail.
Another dermatologist told me that it was simply acne, she gave me some cream treatment as well and it didn't work so great.
Im very desperate to know what my problem is, my entire nose is very dry and very red, I've tried searching on the internet for people with similar problem but i couldnt find any.

Do anyone have any insight at all to what i have? any helps are greatly appriciated.

I am afraid no one is going to be able to say on way or another. Rosacea is usually defined by more than a red nose and is usually accompanied by things such as prolonged flushing, papules, rashes,etc.

Do your nose feel unusually hot? inflamed? does it stay a constant red?

thanks for the responce sarah, my nose does stay constantly red most of the time, but never feel imflamed or hot sensation. Although it does flare up more from the cold whether.
