Questionnaire re fat loss

On behalf of Mistica please find below a questionnaire for rosaceans who have suffered from fat loss following treatment with IPL/laser. I would kindly ask that only those members who want to answer the questions post in this thread. Anyone who wants to comment of discuss this further can do so in this thread.

In order to gather more information and to ascertain if there are any common elements please could you answer the following questions:

1. The name of the machine used.
2. Number of treatments and time period in between.
3. Fluence and other settings if known.
4. Which filters were used?
5. Number of passes.
6. Immediate reaction to each treatment, such as redness, swelling, burning etc.
7. Time taken to recover.
8. Severity of rosacea at the time.
9. Was the treatment carried out by a derm/doctor, a health spa,etc,etc?
10. Do you also suffer from other skin complaints or did you at the time of treatment.
11. What other treatments (if any) that you had previous to the treatment causing damage?
12. In what condition was the skin at the time of treatment-fragile, sun damaged skin, etc?
13. What topicals, if any, had been used in the weeks prior?
14. What oral meds/supplements, if any, had been used in the weeks prior?
15. How long did it take for the symptoms to begin to show up?
16. Can you describe how you are affected now?
17. Have you seen a doctor/derm about your current condition?
18. Any other relevant information
