A HUGE Thank you to Auburn!
This forum seems to be full of honey success stories & questions regarding the Raw
Honey & Virgin coconut oil regime.
I for one as a rosacea sufferer (with a touch of seb derm) have had incredible results from
this (even though I am only just starting it to the letter!).
I read and re-read Auburn's responses, (she has the patience of a Saint!) and I am simply
amazed at her depth of knowledge & encouragement!
There are many people on here whose problems are a great deal lighter because of her
hard work.
I for one am extremely grateful for her help & kindness.
Thank you Auburn, if 'what goes around comes around' you should be in for a very easy
stress-less future!

I do agree, thank you very much Auburn for good and thoughtful advice!
On a sidenote I want to send a thanks solutionquest as well, even though there has been some "fights" between him and Auburn about his honey advice. The reason I was encouraged to try honey in the first place was his extremely positive (and funny) "rambling" about his honey experiences, sleeping with the honey and such

Oh, J, you've done it again...
You are very welcome guys! I'm just paying it forward, really. A year ago my face was in such a bad shape... Medical advice and prescriptions didn't help one bit in my case. I was so distressed and confused. Then, one blissful day, I found this w-o-n-d-e-r-f-u-l forum and its sister, the Rosacea Support Community, and had instant access to an ocean of invaluable information that came straight from the keyboards of real, honest people who have become quite knowledgeable about rosacea and other coexisting conditions. I did a lot of reading and learned so much and I'm so immensely grateful to you all. Corina, in BC, if you ever get to read this, thank you!
Thanks to these two forums I learned about the WAPF and Dr. Enig. Thanks to her I learned about virgin coconut oil and beneficial fats. Then one day I learned about Dr. Waili's raw honey study through a google search, most likely prompted by something I'd read here.
For the past few months I've been doing a lot of work on the computer and checking out the forum throughout the day provided some needed distraction and it also allowed me to follow the honey treads closely and provide some support.
I am delighted to see that many people are benefiting from such simple, natural treatment.
Dpart, thanks for mentioning Blake. He and I never "fought," btw. As I told him once, his enthusiastic posts about the raw honey masks generated a lot of attention and I am sure that they made a bunch of other people, like yourself, want to give the raw honey a try. Judworth's feedback has been truly inspiring, as well.
Legends' and Dan Pacifik's contributions are such great visual feedback. People now can actually see that the raw honey/virgin coconut oil treatment works rather well for seb derm. Thank you guys for taking the time to document your experiences!
