Simple, cheap and WORKED for me
Hi,
Think I read about this on a forum and tried it.
Well, it worked for me.. maybe will help someone else, not following up or checking back, just sticking it here.
1.5L of carbonated mineral water every day (just drink it)
Must have been a pH thing, anyway.. for $0.85 from coles supermarket you can try it.
All the best.

carbonated water
Actually I have recommended carbonated water for over eleven years and have enjoyed it very much. Safeway offers either seltzer (just carbonated water) or club soda water (carbonated water with a little sodium) cheap.
As to your mentioning the pH thing. Carbonated water is apparently from the information I found on the net (see links below) is a pH 6 making it acidic. Pure water is pH 7 which is neutral. So if one is on an alkaline diet drinking carbonated water is adding acidic water to your diet.
I still recommend drinking just plain carbonated water over drinking carbonated water with sugar, high fructose corn syrup (HFCS), any other sugar or sugar substitutes if one prefers a beverage and is trying to control their rosacea. shane31, I am adding your suggestion to the ten free or inexpensive tips for controlling rosacea that I have accumulated over the years and forgot about adding this in the first place.

Would someone be so kind to clear this up a little bit for me. Which are the actual benefits of taking a carbonated water? What impact does it has on rosacea?

Hi Brady, where will I find your "10 tips?" And I love Perrier but I did not think that the carbonation was good for me, but I should reconsider maybe? Wow, that would be good news.

@ Brady
hi Brady
For Seb derm, people drink lemon water, eat raw garlic etc, to be on an alkaline diet. that gets rid of yeast etc.
(since lemon water is acidic, but when consumed, it makes it alkaline... something like that haha)
then for Rosacea.. we're supposed to drink Carbonated water that makes us go on an acidic diet?
so what if we got both Rosacea + seb derm. ?
sorry just lil confused.. do they cancel each other out?
what diet do we stick with ?
