Mostly flushing after eating?
Anyone else have this problem? I seem to flush most after eating, it's quite rare for me to flush when I'm on an empty stomach and hungry.
I noticed this on Thursday when I had to fast before a blood test, and it made me wonder if anyone else experiences this?

I had the same problem. Now it's better, after a diet low in carbs.
I think it's because of a digestion problem, occuring maybe when fermetation occurs in the bowel or something. The bacteria release histamine, and it gives you a flush (could be a runny nose, itching, crying eyes,...).
When do you get the flush exactly? About one hour and half after eating? Did you see a difference regarding to the food you eat? Try to see if it's stronger when eating pastas or pizzas, or other food that is high in carbs. It could be too a putrefaction of the proteins, so with meat, poultry, fish... Try taking probiotics, maybe some digestive enzymes, with a bit sauerkraut juice just before eating (for the stomach acid). Taking L-glutamine is good for the intestine mucosa. I'm very convinced about the link between bacteria and rosacea.
I got rid of the after-eating flush with that. Now I still flush when making an effort, or when it's too hot

Seems to happen around an hour after eating, but not all the time and only when I eat certain foods, I'll definately be keeping an eye on it, and am going to start taking anti histamines after food
