Tried Clarifoam

I was dx with sub derm about 2 yrs ago. I managed to keep it under control by using a cortizone cream for a few days when it flared, which , fortunately was infrequently. About 4 months ago my face started to get very red. It was hot and swollen at times, burned and itched badly. The derm now dx rosacea. This confuses me as I didn't think rosacea caused this kind of itching. He gave me a sample of Clarifoam. I started it 6 days ago and it made my skin excessively dry and chapped to the point that it hurt to move my face. I stopped using it and am back to square 1 with my symptoms. He also gave me a sample of Promiseb which I will try tonight. I will post my experience with this. Has anyone tried this?

How were you using it? For me I can only use it every couple days or once a week. Also I use the wash off method.
