sorry, because I posted how my bruises are going in another post in the laser section of the forum, my bruises goes well, they are fading slowly but at least they do it.
I have used the 2 first week after session topical vitamin K, twice a day, and from the second week till now I have added aloe vera pure 100% (it doesn't irritate me), and now have a light red marks that I hope that fade in one week more or less.
As I told in other post, my derm has told me a cover cream with Salicylic acid and Kojic acid so that to speedup the fading of the red marks, but I think I will wait another week more because I'm afraid this acids can be dangerous for the skin after v-beam treatment, and if they have not faded then I'll use it.(This would be one month ago of my session, I think time enough).

Today is 1 month and 2 weeks since my v-beam purpuric session and I would like to say that I have some hiperpigmentation on my cheeks, and it seems it will take to fade several weeks more, I am using Aloe-vera, topical vitamin K and a cover cream with Salicylic acid and Kojiconm, a little amount of all of them on these marks but they are fading slowly.
Also I have started again with Finacea, very very very little amount on my nose every morning, because I have the experience that with Finacea, less is more, It helped me with Flushing and Pustules, so I have started again to use it.
Up to date I don't have much more to say.
PD: the cold weather is starting here and I would like to find one cream to protect my skin of the cold, but I think that the best cream for this is a sunscreen.
Do you know any cream or any advise to protect the skin of the cold???

I would like to remark at least by myself that I have just read the booklet "The Warm Room" booklet, and my conclussion are following:
- Avoid changes of temperature all possible to avoid the released and the build up of neuropeptides. Keep temperature slightly warm or slightly cold.
- IPL can be a good treatment to eliminate blood vessels. (Numerous treatments).
- Avoid the over activity of the cell skins ( I don't know how do it, just avoiding sun exposure)
If someone have read this booklet please let me know if my conclussion are right ( I have read it in English language that is not my native language, so maybe I have not understood completely some parts).
Another thing: two months ago of my second V-beam purpuric I don't fell any improvement, I think this can be because the cold is starting and my face is redder than before.

You've got it almost all right.
To avoid the build up of neuropeptides you want to keep the temperature warm, as much as possible. Avoid cold or slightly cold temperatures if possible. (Wrap your head with a scarf when you go out in the cold etc)
Your other two conclusions are accurate.
A physical sunblock containing zinc oxide will help protect your face - a little bit - from cold winds and so on.
Good luck.

News, I visited to my derm the last week and what he told me is the following:
- V-Beam: they don't want to give more v-beam session because he thinks that v-beam can't help me more, because he does not find capilars and veins that can be eliminated with V-beam. (Remember I had two strong purpuric sessions and I see improvement but very low, I'm paler when I'm not flush, but when I flush I'm red as before laser sessions).
- He recommend me to focus in avoid flush trhought the diet and the emotional control, he told me antihistaminics but they told me that they are just a patch nor the solution of my problem.
Now I'm going to tell you things I think:
- V-Beam: I think he is right because I have had two purpuric sessions and I have not seen a high improvement, and when I'm not flush, I'm paler.
- Diet: I find when I take antihistaminic I don't feel the burn sensation of the flush that I felt after eating. I'm going to try to follow a low histamine diet and maybe I'll buy Histame (new product that people in the forum are trying).
Also I have to say that I want to find in the future a good practioniser of IPL because my derm don't want to give more laser or ipl and I think that with several IPL maybe can be help me with flushing and redness.
Products that I'm using now: - Topic: Only a little bit of Finacea in the mornings that is helping me.
- Oral: Antihisminic and omega 3.
