Default Melanotan II, Huge Flush Small Dose (first time)?

Hey all, I've decided to take the plunge into the world of Melanotan II. After reading many reviews, educating myself well about the risks, I've decided that if it works I'm willing to give it a shot.

Well, about 6 hours ago I started my first dose of .125 mg's (roughly). No side effects really aside from momentary nausea and a nasty flush which has lasted since my first dose.

I took a Zyrtec an hour before the dose.

Is it normal to flush this bad with such a small dose?

Does it go away soon?

Thanks.

I've also asked the melanotan forums, but they dont really have experience with our skin condition over there, I'm just using it for rosacea.

I could care less if I'm tan or white, I've just reached the end of my rope and want something that makes me look and feel normal!

I never flushed from Melanotan One. However, as I've posted before on the Melanotan threads, I don't think it's worth it. Good luck to you! Btw the flush could be from getting worked up/anxious before and during injecting yourself with a foreign substance - definitely made me queasy the first time but it gets easier.

I always flushed for 2-4 hours after injection, depending on the dose. The initial injections seemed to be worse

I cant help I'm afraid, but I've thought about using melanotan too. I'd be interested to hear how you get on with it? Specifically, how well it masks permanent redness?

Are you using sun beds to tan or are you just going to try to tan naturally?

Hope your flushing has died down now. Good luck.

It gave me massive flushing like I had never experienced before.
From my face down to my stomach. Intense nasty pins and needles
burning flushing. It got a bit less after the first week but was always terrible.
Got a nice tan with it (you still need sun exposure) but ended up getting
many dark moles all over. It looked like I had been splattered with brown paint.
It did not help any of my rosacea symptoms.

Well i'm about .75 mg's in (taking it slowwww) and I have to say the flushing died down quite a bit since the first day. I've been taking doxycycline as well, in addition to 10mg's zyrtec.

I still flush a little but not too badly. Thinking about bumping the dose up.

I dream like crazy though! Last night I spent all night dreaming, most of them were negative though unfortunately.

You should only do half a milligram a night, that's all I ever did and it was perfect.

Flushing always happened, though less so on each injection.
