Default What has changed things for me lately

Hey everybody, just thought it might be of some interest to post some recent success.

After a few years of dealing with annoying P&P on my forehead and behind ears that would not budge, i've over the past 4-5 days been able to gradually eliminate them using sodium sulfacetamide cleanser and lotion. It's pretty amazing.

I still have the afternoon-evening flushes, which I intend to treat with Sciton BBL next week, but just wanted to post this in case anyone else out there has been having trouble battling P&P and oiliness.

Thanks,

Stphn

Hi EK1,

I take it you have adjusted to S&S now?

I still use mine. A few months ago I had dropped back to once per day, but this week, I returned to twice daily use again.

This is something which may interest you. I stopped taking Vitex at the end of last month ( menstrual month) as I wanted to see if my flushing during the last two weeks of the cycle this month was less. I think it is, although last month I had so much going on ( adjusting to increased D3 dose and alot of other stuff), that I can't know for sure why I am flushing less now.
What I was going to tell you though, is that I am now getting quite a few outbreaks. This is a huge concern as I pigment so easily, plus I am susceptible to developing more visible capillaries in these areas. It's possible I might have to return to Vitex again soon.
I wonder if this herb might help you, if there is a hormonal component to your P&P?
Vitex is really intended for pms and acne sufferers, ( even men which surprised me).
