Of course, we rosaceans always have to "tailor" everything don't we?

Judy: Did you say yours had a fan? I don't hear or feel a fan with mine. Mine is a Jellen double-panel. What is yours?

All the best to you - you inspired me to get an RLT and try - Darcy
Hello Darcy!

Each unit seems to give different recommendations & as we know they don't really relate
to rosacea treatments whatever they like to say!

If I sit too close to mine, my face certainly gets sore generally; for some reason I have
settled on one 20 minute session per day sitting 8 " away.

Once my fan starts it is an indication that it is ready for use.

I am delighted that you are not having any adverse effects!

Judy: I flushed today. . .it scared me a bit. I don't know if I sat too close to the RLT or if it was the Chinese Food (MSG??) but I didn't panic - went home and pinched off a tiny piece of a Clonidine and had cold water. I'm better.

I am going to have V-Beam soon - hoping it will stop this.

I will continue with the RLT just not so close. . .

How are you doing? Thinking of you. Darcy

Hello Darcy,

I know that when my face was calm for so long & suddenly along comes a flush, it's even
more of a shock!

I too. had to back-track a little regarding times/distance then.

15 minutes sitting 8" away seems to suit me fine.

RLT seems to keep my face much calmer for the main part and when I flush it tends to
be for a shorter period too!

Gently does it eh?

Judy: How's it going now? I'm still at 9 minutes/5" away and all seems ok.

I tried emailing--they said your server was unavailable. Hope you are doing well on RLT.
