Doctors say its not Rosacea curious as to what you think

I've had this condition since i was 13 (I'm 18 now) and i've seen two doctors and one derm all saying its not rosacea(I'm curious what it is then). I've heard its going to go away when im around 20? I'm not positive its going to happen. im very curious as to what you guys think it is, I can take more pictures if needed and im willing to answer any questions.
