Default Biotin against seb derm and skin dryness

    Hi guys,

Ive read that too little biotin may produce seb derm and dry skin. Particularly antibiotics may produce imbalances in this respect. So, I wondered if anyone had had success with biotin supplementation. You should expect great hair and nails from it but dont know what happens to the seb derm and skin in general. Any experiences?

Holistically magnesium is probably important, just to avoid damage to the body. Now we often have take fat-soluble medication, a small fatty meal could be almonds. Here you would both cover your need for magnesium and get some fat.

I've been talking biotin for a couple of years now for shedding hair lol
Didn't know it was also good for skin. Thanks for the heads-up.

From the suggestion of my Esthetician, I stated taking a magnesium
supplement after my first IPL treatment.
