Tinted Moisturizer or Self Tanning

Does anyone know of a tinted moizturizer or self tanning cream that looks natural and is ok for Rosacea skin.
I tried Linda Sy's Tinted Zinco but I did't get the best results.

I would be very afraid of putting a self tanning cream on my face. Rosacea skin is very sensitive and I feel pretty sure that the chemicals in it would really make a mess of my face.
