Evening Primerose

I am taking 1ooomg of EPO once a day, it contains 100mg of GLA and 720mg of linoleic acid, It also contains Vitamin E, 30 I.U... I notice that my face is really shiny and was wondering that if I took it every 2nd day would it lose its effect because it hasn't been in my body constantly. Also does it have enough GLA to benefit me. Thanks.

I think you'd do better to take 500 mg. of evening primrose oil twice a day. When I take it, the results I see in my skin disappear if I skip a day. The results that I see the same day that I take it are a plumping up of the skin with fine lines on my face less noticeable, a hardening of the fingernails, and moisturizing of the eyes.
