Interesting website. Unforunately some of the information is dated...like "vitamin D over 1000 IU is dangerous" has now been shown to be safe at levels up to 4000 IU and most probably 40,000 IU. After all doctors regularly give shots to babies and older women of 100,000 IU per shot.
