Default Weird thing happened the other day

I ate 2 large hambugers for a meal and afterwards I felt the usual heavy meal flushing. However, along with the usual facial redness, my elbows, knees, adams apple and knuckles all turned bright red as well. I've only noticed this one time. Any body know what this is?

since elbows, knees and knuckles are affected, maybe that's a very early, slight form of "articular gout"?

don't want to worry you, but maybe you could check that out with a doc?
