I'm usually very swollen when I wake up - especially eyes, nose and lips. Is this part of rosacea? What can I do about it? Will laser treatments by Dr. Darm help?
Thanks,
A.

I still get some mild swelling during certain times of the year which may be low grade, undetectable allergies (zrtec alleviatesa this).
Lasers do help most people with swelling, but not with severe lymphedema. It is worth contacting him or anyone close to you. No matter how much it hurts, get several phhotos of yourself once you wake up.
Thanks for your reply, Dr. Nase! I had a full battery of allergy tests and found I'm not allergic to anything, so I'm not sure if allergy meds would help me. What do I need the pictures for - just so the doctor will know what to do?
Thanks again!

Strangely, the body may be mildly allergic and not respond positively to those tests. Talk to your doctor about trying a good antihistamine one week to rule this out.
Photos are to show where the swelling is and to what degree.
