Default genesis laser? good idea .Ive have abetter one

Hello drs. genesis laser protocol works with paint like strokes with very low fluiency..14to 17 joules But some drs use 1064 yag on full face with 100 plus fluency.. Can you crank the genesis up to joules that high? If not just paint the face(small spot) with high fluency with other modalities- ex -lumenis one. If dr darms getting good results with 17 joules imagine 100 plus. lets keep pushing the envelope, and change the red face of rosacea together.... ross ny

100 plus might be much cheaper when putting your face on a hot plate:)

getting to high in energy usually gives real bad burns, no matter how good the laser is in focusing energy to blood vessels.
