Hi, I've been reading this forum since developing rosacea two years ago. Never posted before but feel I can contribute on this one! I have been using the Mama Nature proskin rosacea for about four months now and I think its great. By no means am I cured but there has been definite improvement. Like most rosacea treatments it seems to have varying degrees of effectiveness. Some reviews I have seen for it on amazon etc sound like some people have had even better experiences with it.

The first few times I used it were fine and then I had the 'worsening phase' as they describe it where my skin was dry and red. This lasted about a week but since then I've had no problems. Overall I'd say it has helped with the redness a little and definitely the texture and feel of my skin. Plan to continue using it in the hope of further improvements.

P.S My skin does vary in its condition week by week though and so I'm certain that, though this is a good cream, diet is an essential part of treatment. Yet to find a diet that works for me that I can keep up though.
