I don't see it on a high histamine /trigger list.
Anyone have success with eating it?
I can eat berries and apples non problem.

I eat all different types of pears and have no problems. Love them all.
Of course that doesn't mean they won't be a trigger for some. I feel I need to qualify every time I say something is OK for me or anyone else that it doesn't mean it will be the same for another.
Only way to know for sure is start eating them and see if you are in the clear. Hope you are!

Glad the pears worked out for you! I can also eat bananas (I usually eat them with almonds for breakfast) and I hope you can do the same. In fact, most fruit is good (for me) and in the summer my favorites are cherries and blueberries. Good luck!

Re: Pears?
Today isn't good 3 p&PS.
I will keep eating bananas for another week.
Then see what happens... then remove them and see what happens.
Could simply be sleeping on that side of my face on my pillow.
Or ...stress !!!

Getting worse.
But its also extremely humid.
I will keep bananas in and see if it goes away when humidity drops.

Re: Pears?
Put a lot more finacea on my cheek last night.
Seems to have taken care of the issue...let's see how tomorrow is.
