Interesting theory Ghost. The thing is most rosaceans I know seem to have had perfect skin growing up (myself included) and never had any pimples before rosacea.

I did. And I read a handful of posts where people who have taken accutane feel that it has "given" them rosacea. I think the accutane merely cuts down on the oil coming up through the follicles (it's why you get dry hair and dry skin) so the demodex doesn't get the nice nutrients to grow all juicy in tight colonies. Instead, they spread out seeking more wells of sustenance (oil). Pretty gross.

Hi Ghost so i was reading your method and i was just a bit confused on what you do after the borax solution is applied? Is it left on? I heard of people leaving it on for 10 mins or so and then washing it off. Is the method you used to be left on and then apply an moisturizer on top? thanks for insight!

You leave it on. I find the more times you put it on the better. It's like water. If you filter it it is not gritty.

If you're going out, just put your spf-moisturizer on top.

When you come home, just throw some on as soon as you get in and then go about your other stuff.

I found constant contact is best.

Cool thanks! and about the ivermectin... I have been finding the horse paste/syringe 1.87-2%online...I figure you just apply a nice amount on topically? Have you ever used it internally?

No, never took it by mouth. I imagine when I put it on my skin some of it gets absorbed.

There's an injectable that is a good liquid to apply to your skin (and scalp!). I've happened to use the bovine one. Results are excellent.

Use regularly for a week or two AT NIGHT. Thin layer, and rubbed into scalp (I use a syringe and put it into parts and on to itchy areas and rub).

If you feel flu-y after that it's actually die-off. The iver isn't poisoning you. It's the dying bugs.

Drink lots of water. Eat paleo. Poop well.

Hi Ghost, I am ready to try your treatment. Do I mix ANY water in the mix, or only the HP, Borax, and Tea Tree Oil? I wasn't sure.

    Thank you so much!

Mix up the topical: hydrogen peroxide + borax. You only need about i ounce and a half of hp. Put it into a beaked cup. add about 3 teaspoons of borax. You'll get a sandy mix. Pour it through a paper coffee filter. You can just gently squeeze it through. That liquid + 5 drops of tea tree oil is what you combine. Put it into a little dark bottle (I use a blue glass one). HP deteriorates in the light.

Shake + apply all over your face, into hairline, behind the ears several times per day when you're home. It's most important to use at night. But the more you use it the better.

I don't think I can state this more simply.

I don't add water. I think it would cut down on the efficacy. Use only 1 or 2 drops of the tto in one ounce of the hp/borax filtered mix. Then you can work your way up to more drops.

Remember I only applied the solution with my fingertips, so my face was dry within minutes. Then I'd do it again, and again... Do it first thing in the morning before anything else, do it as soon as you come home, and again after you wash your face and again at bedtime.

Ok cool, thanks. So I leave it on, pretty much whenever (except when I'm at work, because it looks horrible, I'm sure)...

    Thanks!

Yeah, I never wore it OUT. Just dab it on as often as you can at home. You should start to see changes quickly if you're also doing paleo (low, low-carb). This solution gets them from the top, the low, low carb starves them.

Let us know how you do!
