Metrogel alternative?

Hi. I seem to be getting on top of my rosacea with Lazer and Clonidine. However, I have a stubborn red nose with spots. I think it's the kind of thing Metrogel would help with, but I'm allergic to Metronidazole. I did try the gel once, just in case, but with very bad results. Do anyone know if there is a similar but alternative to Metrogel, that doesn't contain metronidazole?

There's Klaron lotion. That's sulfur. it works for a short while against bacteria (so, just the symptom and, again, just for a while), but it's mild.

I don't know. I never used that product.

You can google up Klaron and see what % of sulfur is in there. I no longer have the bottle.

Again -- it'll kill the bacteria for a while, so you'll clear. But it does not get to the root cause; so it will stop working.
