Hello,

I posted a couple times on here before because I don't know what's going on with my skin. A few months ago, I went through steroid withdrawal and flushed pretty intensely for about a week and developed some permanent redness from it that I cannot seem to get rid of-- although it will look better/worse depending on the day.

I do not have any triggers except for alcohol and anxiety-- if I drink hard liquor I seem to flush, but am okay with beer. If I am worrying about my skin too much then it will look redder. if I am feeling very anxious about my skin, I will look blotchier.. It seems to look better when I am not worried about it. I do not flush otherwise.

My face looks better after being in the sun. I have some dryness on my face, like patchy redness and around my nose is red with some flakiness.. the more I try to scratch it off, it gets flakier.
I also have some round red patches sporadically on my cheeks that seem to come and go. I don't know what they are. Does this sound like seb derm?

I am so confused b/c I can cover up the blotchiness with makeup but I know that it's there. Also, when I get out of the shower, my face will look worse and there are some blotches on my forehead that almost look like hives.

I am so confused, can anyone help?
