Your pics look really promising so far.

I tried virgin coconut oil a few years ago. I applied it to red areas on the face and waited for something to happen but it didn't seem to have any effect which was really disappointing cause I heard stuff like coconut oil can even help against skin cancer and so on. I had really high hopes.
I also tried apple vinegar and it also didn't work for me.

I don't know if trying coconut oil and honey makes sense when I already tried coconut oil alone and it didn't work.

I read more about the honey/coconut therapy and I'd also like to try it but I worry about the scalp. My hair is probably 2-3inches long and I don't know if it's really possible to make sure that the entire scalp is covered with the honey. If this was like shampoo then it wouldn't be an issue but the honey doesn't foam. What if there's an area which isn't covered by honey, will it not work then?

And what I also don't understand in the sticky is the cleansing with honey stuff. Do you also have to use honey to wash your face? I can't really imagine how you can use honey for washing the face.

Still alot of pimples, big and red.. Although my skin is great! No flakes, no itching, no dryness. I cannot remember the last time I could scratch my forehead without getting a redness for the coming hours

Looks great man! Glad to see it the honey/coconut treatment is working for you. I'm currently trying it out along with raw apple cider vinegar, sort of experimenting you could say. It's definitely working. Keep us updated!

Hey can somebody explain the Honey and Coconut Oil method.

Mainly i have a small patch on my face and in my ears are dry and my scalp drives me mad.. Cant find a cure..

Can somebody point me how i do this and where i get the honey etc from
