Default Seb derm - Honey/Coconut log with pictures

    Good evening everyone

I found this message board when I was looking for a cure for my Seb derm. My name is Sebastian. I'm 23 years old and I've had this since I was about 17 years old. It's gotten worse every year since. Here's a couple of pictures of how it usually looks like:

I've used steroids (didnt know better.. neither did my doctor), Protopic and a lot of other stuff. Protopic is the best so far, but I'm not comfortably with the risks. So I decided to try out the famous Honey/Virgin Coconutoil method!

So here I am, 30 minutes into my first threatment! It feels.. sticky.. and good! I'm prepared for a tough month ahead of me, I know, but I hope it will be worth it! So I was thinking about doing a picture log for everyone intrested.

    I'll be back

Good luck with the honey/coconut routine Sebastian. Keep us informed on how it works for you. Many have had good luck dealing with Seb Derm in this manner.

    Day 2

    Thank you flying_er!

It was good waking up today. No reaction yet. My pillow smelled like coconut!

I have a question though. Should I use coconut oil in my scalp? After the 3 hour honey mask. And also at the morning.

Here's todays picture. I trimmed my beard an hour ago, and it caused a lot of redness and big flakes/loose skin.

My skin is similar to ours. Do you get pimples that are able to pop?

Sometimes. They are red and big for like a week, and then they are mostly able to pop. Its really annoying to have big red dots all over the face.

Still good. I think the Protopic effect is still there, since I quited this sunday. Anyway, I just washed my mask of and it feels smooth. Not as red as it could be
