My face looks awful, this is the fourth time in the last couple of years that it's gotten all red like this. It looks worse in person; the camera flash hides it a bit, but you get the idea. :-/ Opinions are greatly appreciated.

have you been to a dermatologist? to get a proper diagnosis, there are creams and such to help with rosacea. do you flush with certain triggers etc>
