    Default Palma Christi

    Hi,

I have been suffering from Rosacea and Ocular Rosacea for a while now. Some members of this forum have recommended Palma Christi for alleviation of ocular rosacea symptoms as well as commercial lid scrubs. Does anyone have any experience with this? Would anyone else recommend anything to include in a treatment regimen?

I am currently taking cod liver oil and evening primrose oil and I am beginning to do warm compresses. I think I may also invest in some lidcare pads from Norvaritis.

Man I hate these red itchy eyes!

    Hello Mick,

I take thera tears omega supplements & use the Norvartis pads............I used to used Thera tears artificial drops too (they don't contain preservatives & are VERY

soothing for sore & gritty eyes!).

Quite warm compresses have also kept my symptoms at bay!

    I have MGD.

    Good luck!

    Thanks Judy,

Yes Im taking those fish/flax oils so Im covered there. I will start the warm compresses and get some Norvartis pads. Hopefully that will keep the red eyes at bay. I was just interested if anyone had experience with the palma christi as well. Im willing to look at all avenues!
