Hello, I'm new to the forum so really sorry I'm not posting in the right area.

When I was 16 my nose started getting really huge spots on it and these eventually formed in large scars so all over my nose I have hypertrophic scars. The other thing is that my nose starter getting really big and bulbous. My nostrils are still small so is the bone in my nose but around it's just gone really fat. None of my relatives have big noses so could this be an illness? This is causing my a lot of distress and would like to know if anyone has any information about this?
