Default Is Daiya cheese okay for Rosacea?

Daiya cheese is a vegan cheese, it contains: Filtered water, tapioca and /or arrowroot flours, non-GMO expeller pressed canola and /or non-GMO expeller pressed safflower oil, coconut oil, pea protein, salt, inactive yeast, vegan natural flavors, vegetable glycerin, xanthan gum, citric acid (for flavor), annatto, titanium dioxide.

Is this okay for people with Rosacea cutting out all wheat and grains. I notice is has "tapioca and/or arrowroot flours."

Check the carbs. If it's a lot of carbs it's n.g. I don't think canola or safflower are very cool, either, they've got a ton of Omega 6, which is inflammatory.

To be healthy, you have to keep away from processed foods. And this product looks really processed.
