    Default SIG990 Preclinical

Check out this Preclinical from Signum (Spun off to Arglye). The change in skin color is amazing. Also it says it inhibits LL-37 induced inflammation. I believe this is in line with Galo's research.

I wonder when the Phase 1 will start.

    Great find lws1,
Looks like SIG990 still is many years away, but it gives hope for the future. Remember "V-101"? Now owned by Allergan, they aquired it when they bought out Vicepts, still in Phase 2 Trials as of today. So there are a few very promising topicals coming out eventually, hopefully starting with Sansrosa.
