Hello!
Does anyone know any techniques for blushing? I know there is breathing technique, but it does not really work for me. The only thing to help a little bit is to think of getting as red as possible. Maybe tensing jaw muscles would help? Do you have any good techniques?

Is it just carbs or sugars too that you are talking about? I could lower my sugar intake. By the way I am talking about blushing caused by social anxiety. Would low carb diet help me?
