Default Do you know how to prevent blushing?

    Hello!
Does anyone know any techniques for blushing? I know there is breathing technique, but it does not really work for me. The only thing to help a little bit is to think of getting as red as possible. Maybe tensing jaw muscles would help? Do you have any good techniques?

Low-carbbing has gotten rid of my blush, flushing, tachycardia.

I really want to get rid of my blushing, but I work out at gym. I take it quite seriously and my body needs carbs for working out. I hate my blushing, but working out is the only thing that I do actually and it is important for me. Do not know what to do Is it just carbs or sugars too that you are talking about? I could lower my sugar intake. By the way I am talking about blushing caused by social anxiety. Would low carb diet help me?

I work out at the gym, too.

If your blushing is caused by social anxiety, I don't know what to tell you.

But if you blush/flush for seemingly no good reason and that is what makes you anxious, you may be harboring rosacea.

You have to figure this out yourself. If it's the latter --

Consider trying low, low-carb and no sugar for 4 weeks. And do this paired with one of "my" topicals.

Are you allergic to any foods? make sure you know this before you start. You don't want your experiment to fail due to an unrelated issue.

Eat: eggs, fish, chicken, shrimp, lobster, nuts, avocados, salads. When cooking (e.g. sauteeing chicken or fish) use unrefined pure coconut oil. Dressing: bit of organic lemon or lime, extra virgin olive oil.

Start today and you'll be half way done by the time the moon is full.
