    Default L-Lysine for facial redness?

I've read and heard that the amino acid L-Lysine have been used positively to cure/ease rosacea. "Is it really that simple?", i've asked myself.

Wondering if anyone here had any experience with this supplement and if so, can share some general info how it worked out? Is it more effective to P&P than base facial redness?

If you do a forum search, you will find a whole thread on lysine. I've tried it, it did nothing.

I'm currently using L-Lysine and no topical meds/creams and having pretty good results. I had one flare-up because I ate some stuff I shouldn't have but other than that I have had a major decrease in redness and breakouts.

    Hi Angela,

I have also tried this supplement. I took 3-5 tablets a day for about 3 months. NOTHING!
