Default Application Nr. 66 (Day 65)

This might seem a bit farfetched, but I've decided to stick to the ZZ Ointment until the 1st of August, and from thereon who knows.
Why, you ask? Well… it's simply because so far it has done wonders for my skin, and I firmly believe that if I keep this up for a limited amount of time, it will, maybe not all, but most definitely the majority disappear. Periodically, I still feel the crawly sensation, but much less than previously. The redness is also subsiding, EVEN on temples and nostril-folds, which I never though I'd live to see.

Meanwhile I will be giving the motorcycle-license my best shot… the challenge is in many ways though, but overcome it I will. This scenario would NOT even be approachable 3 months time back.
For this I will need a makeup kit to cover up the redness that is present on my cheeks, and I think I might just have found a fitting one.

From this day and forward (till I reach 1st of August), there will be NO greasy or oily food substances, such as potato chips, soy sauce, cashews, the importance of my skin (with that goes the psychological aspects as well, such as social phobia etc…) weigh far more on the scale for my taste.

    Over and out.

Ive been having itchy skin ALL over for the past few days. My face, legs, hair...I dont know if its these little demons or dry skin. I went on vacation for 3 days and didnt have this but when I returned home BOOOM! I also seem to have Candida and have been treating that. This itchy skin gets worse at night and sometimes when I lay down it really comes on. I'm trying to figure out what the heck is going on. I have noticed an increase in 'acne' in some areas but not all.

When my clothing touches my skin it itches even more. I even have some acne breakout on my chest. I have been taking anti fungals... i.e. garlic, large doses of pro biotics, grape seed extract, caprilic acid....I'm wondering if this itching is a yeast die off OR these little bugs.

    Its so frustrating!

brasileirao - If I were you, I'd go seek advice by going to a skin-doctor, or some such... Still itching as we speak?

I forgot to post yesterday, my apologies.

A day to day blog is hard to keep up, small changes from day to day…

    I'm still doing just fine.

Redness is increasingly fading, not rapidly but slow and steady.

Nothing has changed since yesterday, the red pimples are still present.
Meanwhile, trying to stay away from greasy foods… at times it is difficult,
but sustain it all I will, just have to think of the importance of it all.

    Hello!
Thanks for letting us know about your trial day by day. You are so brave!

I have to ask you, what do you mean by greasy foods, do you mean fat or everything processed? You mentioned chasew as something you will stay away from, and chashew isn't bad as I recall unless you are allergic to it or have (like me) a food intolerance, or if it's sugar on it.
If it's the low carb-diet, you don't have to stay away from good fats anyway, like nuts, for the reason it beeing greasy. Just stay away from pasta rice bread potatoes and other "sugars". If I eat sugars I allways gets those red little pimps (or when I'm in hormonal changes as ovalation and right before menstruation, then nothing- as many of us female rosaceans seems to experience - really helps.)

Franses - I was referring too foods such as potato chips, salted cashews and chocolate cookies. In other words (more correctly) junk food.
