Default Days/Length of time for LED use

    Hi all,

I just purchased the hand held combo unit from led man. Red, infared and yellow. It can be switched to use each color independently or use all 3 together.

I am clueless how often I should be using and length of time per area. I have been using yellow on face
flushing and the red/infared and yellow combo for neck and chest to reduce sun damage (poikiloderma)

The instructions only told me to use yellow a little longer (5-8 minutes) Red/infared/yellow combo (2-3 minutes) per area. I am not sure how often though.

Can I use it daily? So far, I have been using red/infared/yellow on neck and chest every night for suggested amount of time and then the yellow on face, neck and chest in the mornings.

How can I tell if I am overdoing it? I am using it long enough. If anyone has this unit and can give me
some feedback, it would be appreciated.

so is it the yellow that works on broken capillaries/or dialated capillaries? I have the red but seems to make things worse in my case.. not sure if it does, but seems that way.

From what I understand, yellow (amber) is anti-inflammatory. Also good for reducing transient redness. Red
can be too but I suppose it depends on the person and severity of rosacea.

So far I have not see any adverse affects from using yellow on my face. In fact, seemed to have a reduction
    in flushing since using it.
