    and I have this wonderful pro minerals make up to hide them during the day.

    I bumped this up for sam and added my latest picture...with make up on can't believe the difference.

    Thank you for bumping this up Bizi.

    Very interesting read and what a difference your face looks!

    I really hope I can get to where you are soon. I am very embarrassed and its playing havoc on my social life.

    I also seem to 'flake' when the spots are drying up, but then the breakouts happen again its a vicious circle.

    I am armed this time with lots of info to ask my derm next week, I hope something can be done.

    I am still documenting a food diary and I *think* there is a small improvement. I have dropped all dairy (except eggs ---- will that matter?) Bread and Pasta and Alcohol.

    Eggs aren't dairy. And they're fine (unless you're allergic to them!). Dropping bread, pasta and other grains (and sugars -- like cake and candy bars (I do eat fruit, but less than before)) is what made a huge diff for me.
