For me it caused severe numbness in hands, legs and feet and the onset of severe Raynaud's in my toes, which makes them feel like they have been dipped in liquid nitrogen, and also has the same effect on my tongue in addition to causing oral dryness. Clonidine can trigger Raynaud's, which is potentially a very painful and disabling condition.
