Default Water kefir also provide probiotics

I use kefir to obtain probiotics. It is very easy to make it using water, milk or coconut juice.
The starter is purchased live and is quite easy to make. It takes 48-72 hours to make and is fizzy and refreshing it can also be made from fruit juice.
Here is the website to order the starter for $10.

    Smile Sauerkraut Recipe

Bubbies brand is flash-pasturized, which still kills off some of it, but the only other way to get anything better is to make it yourself at home in a ceramic crock (which now, I do).
    Porcelain,

Could you share your sauerkraut recipe?

You know that liquid that forms on the top of your yogurt after you have opened it? That can be poured off and used as a "starter culture" for this process too.

Default Sauerkraut quantities and time to notice change

Hi Porcelain, thanks so much for your post on sauerkraut. I'm a firm believer in the connection between your gut and the rest of your body, including skin. I just started eating two big spoonfuls of raw sauerkraut
each day about a week ago. So far, I think the redness and papules might actually have gotten worse. Is this similar to what you experienced? Do you remember the amount of time it took until you started noticing a substantial difference in your skin? I know healing from the inside takes time so I was curious how the process went for you. Also, do you think two spoonfuls of sauerkraut is sufficient?
    Thanks,
    Restore
