    WrinkledClue posted this article. From what I found I think this dermatologist is in Delaware. He seems to be very knowledgeable about rosacea. I'm hoping he is the same dr. mentioned in the article.

    Hi ColinPT,

    Brimonidine is a vasoconstrictor, yes.

    And if you read this interesting article about it, you'll see that one physician says it "improves the fixed telangiectasias that are often present".

    That's been my experience with Brimonidine, too.
