    Default Tofu

Just wondering how other people handle this food as far as their rosacea goes.

I really like the stuff, I've been eating it a bit recently and so far I cant pinpoint if its a trigger. I'll prolly eat a big meal of it someday when I have a free night and see the results.

It seems like a great option to have a few times a week to cut down on the meat those of us on low carb type diets are eating.

I've heard tofu could possibly pose benefits as well, any thoughts?

It was one of my first signs that something had gone horribly wrong with my system.

Soy is really ... not great for most people - it's loaded with anti-nutrients and phyto-hormones - unless fermented.
