Thumbs up I think I've cracked it!

I am cautiously optimistic about my skin these days!

I am rarely even blushing (let alone flushing) and skin sensitivity is way down!

    My routine:

6 minutes RLT every other day.

Raw honey mask every other day for 1-2 hours

Moisturising with virgin coconut oil (sparingly!)

No other changes, just avoid red wine.

It's getting to the stage when I actually forget about my skin!

I am sure this will not be the whole story, but I am just so happy to have found a routine

    that works and soooooooooo well!

The less I fuss with my skin the more it likes it!

    Hi Judworth,

That's fantastic, glad you found a routine that works so well. I just started the honey mask routine and it is fantastic. Do you use a cleanser? if so, what kind?

Glad to hear your great results!

    best,

    Hello Red!

Thanks for your reply; I do use Liz Earle cleanse & polish with good results, however as

from today I am going to use the raw honey on a damp face to cleanse & see how it

goes...............I am trying to go the 'natural' route!

    Will keep you posted!

    What are your symptoms?

    Thanks Melissa,

I am not so mad as to think that my rosacea has left for good...........however, I will

continue to be positive; hard to believe that there were some days that I was filled with

    despair!

So glad you are having success! Have you tried extending your red light exposure time at all since?

    No daftpunk,

I appear to get a reaction to it after a few months, so I have now have been on a RLT

    break for a week................

It's a fine line for me between the benefits of RLT and the pressure/soreness that seems

to be my fate after a while!

I STILL think the RLT is fab, but for me it is a balancing act!

    Hi Judworth,

You mentioned flushing being way down, but would you say this routine has helped with baseline redness (assuming you had baseline redness).

    Thanks,

That sounds great Judworth! So great in fact, that I think I'm going to try it, minus the RLT for now. Could you tell me any pointers or tips if you have any, unless it's straight forward?

And I would also like to echo Teaching King's question of whether base redness has gone down.
