    Hello guys,

I'm new here and i just wanted to ask, which kind of Head and shoulders shampoo do you use? I guess classic clean? Other ones are like citrus, menthol etc. so i think those maybe wouldn't be so good. Classic clean have this Hydrazinc stuff which might be good for face? I have seborhhoeic dermatis around my nose and my scalp. Im also thinking to buy Selsun shampoo and Selukos shampoo. Any experience on those?

Hey legendsneverdie, how you doing? Treatments still working?

I have thought starting this kind of treatment for my seb derm and also starting Paleo diet. Actually i did paleo diet for like 2-3months year ago and my seb derm was gone like 90%, sometimes 100% but for some reason i quit it. I felt great when i was doing paleo. So now im starting to do this head and shoulder/selsun+coconut oil treatment and paleo diet and im very hopeful. Hope your skin is still doing so well, you look great dude and it gives me hope too.

Default Is the honey still working?

Hi Anonymous, Shrimpy, and LadyBee! I was just wondering if the honey is still working for all of you? If so, what exactly has worked best for you as I'm anxious to try a natural solution? Thanks!

Yes, sometimes I also use milk, never tried raw honey, is it effective?

hey, i rotate between using head and shoulders classic clean and selsun blue. I use for example selsun blue on my face at least 3 times a week, for 4 weeks, then i switch to head and shoulders and do the same.

hey teshhin i m doing ok. The only treatment i use is to wash my face with dandruff shampoos. i have been doing that for maybe about 2 years now i think. It works great. I find as long as i rotate the shampoos every several weeks (head and shoulder shampoo and selsun blue) my skin is always in great condition. I dont even use coco nut oil, i eat whatever i want and my skin is 95% everyday. There is no cure for seb term, it is chronic. but for some of us, we can find great treatment for it. and for me it was dandruff shampoos.

for me it wasnt, for many other people it was not either. Try washing ur face with dandruff shampoos. it may get worse before it gets better. please try an read the more recent pages to this thread.

    Thumbs up

    Hi all,

I've been maintaning to use auburn's honey + virgin coconut oil. about 90% effective and sometimes there are SD breakouts when I don't use coconut oil for the whole day shift. The only problem is my pimples comes back beside my ears. I'm not having much of it before until maintaining v.coconut oil as moisturizer. As au's advice that you should apply it like you apply nothing at all. Im very cautious with that stuff. I also bought facial tissue to remove excess oil which. I do the routine for almost 2 months. BTW thanks to Auburn's remedy. Cost-effective and sumhow helps me to contain the SDs. Sorry for the wrong grammars . I not good in English

yeah the dandruff shampoo works great. Coconut oil is a great moisturizer you can use that too after washes. I prefer to use lots of coconut oil, not a little. it really is a great conditioner, but i m not that prone to acne either. Nizoral is one of the best seb derm treatments as far as i ve heard. i m actually going to the doctors this week, and going to get the 2% prescribed to me. the 1% which is over the counter is really hard to find in stores for some reason. u can find it at some online retailers though. i m not sure why the 1% nizorl over to counter is so hard to find. And also for back up if ur ever having a break out, i ve heard that lotriumn and lotriumn ultra are good options. i ll report back with how the 2% niz works.
