I take a lot of food supplements for support healt˛&function for my body and skin.
Every day i take- Vitamin C timed release formula 1000-2000mg(i think these is good for rosacea)
-Cell Life protective antioxidant nutrients formula with vitamins E,A,C,Zinc,Cooper,Selenium,Magnese,Quertecin,Cypot oxanthin,Zeaxanthin,Lutein
When i finish with cell life formula i going to take cod liver oil 1000mg.
Is these supplement cod liver oil ok. or i only spending my mony for no good?
