Ocular rosacea can be a number of signs and symptoms affecting the lids and ocular surface. Blepharitis and conjunctivitis are the most common finding in people who have ocular rosacea. Other manifestations are rarer but can include lid margin and conjunctival telangiectasias and corneal effects such as infiltrates, erosions, ulcers and vascularization. It is important to remember that ocular rosacea while chronic is totally mangeable and treatable.
