Good derms or laser practicioners near Virginia

Does anyone know of any good derms and/or laser practicioners within driving distance of VA? I'm in Richmond, but I don't mind driving a while to see someone who knows what they're doing.

I've had the experience of seeming to know more than my dermatologist about rosacea. It can be frustrating. Has anyone had a good experience with any derms around Virginia?
