Default Does this look like seb. dermatitis?

Here's a pic I took today, does it look like I have seborrheic dermatitis? The inflammation is not very bad at the moment but hopefully you can make something out of it. Click to enlarge if you dare.

From the photo you cant really see any problem. I would recommend you take the photo again in natural daylight but honestly I cant see anything.

Yeah it's been better for this past week but at least I can see the "underlying inflammation" on the cheeks and on the sides of the mouth. I swear that I do have seb. derm but yeah, I gotta admit it myself that it looks quite good in that pic. However, it's very easy to upset my skin again... all I need to do is to wash it with soap a couple of days in a row. This is what a good diet can do to seb. derm. Take a look at this pic from last year and see if you see it there:

Why use soap? No one needs soap .. water is good enough for your face.

Dude, that "underlying inflammation" must be way underlying. I mean way, way deep underlying b/c you look perfectly normal to me on the surface.

Now the inflammation is on again. Of course, I don't have a camera with me but my nose is all red and inflamed. Fuck I hate this bullshit, I have important things to do like christmas shopping and shit and I look like rudolf the rednosed reindeer. Aaarrghhghghghghg!

If you think it is a seb derm flair then you could knock it back a bit for x-mas by using a 1% hydrocortisone cream for a couple of days.

Mind you if it is around your mouth then it might be something more perioral dermatitis in which case hydrocortisone may not be such a good idea.
