Only Redness.. what can i do?

i'm very worried because i can't get down my redness, since 14 years old I have redness on my nose. It's a great redness, opossite my face ( because my skin is very clear white). Currently i'm in a treatment with IPL but I have had 5 sessions and my redness doesn't down. Also i have tried with Finacea but neither work for me. Five days ago I have ask Pyratine-6, i'm waiting the order still.

I forget to write that I had 2 sessions with PDL (V-Beam) but neither work for me.


What do you think that is it?? Rosacea??
So, what are my options for down my redness??

The pictures are a little blurry and hard to see. I would recommend that you take some more a little further away.

My nose is fairly red but this is not so much due to the rosacea but due to the seb derm that I also have.

Thanks, you have reason , I took new photos and I think this are more quality photos.

The last photo is of my arm, I have many little red bundles on the back of my arms (triceps).
