Hyperbaric Chamber Therapy

Still dealing with Sebderm all over face and maybe some rosacea but it is not conclusive...most likely though...all precipitated from steroids.

Spending summer in Malibu and in walking distance from the house we rented is the Malibu Hyperbaric Chamber Clinic. This morning I had my first session....The doc doesn't know if it will help but he said after 3 one hour sessions I would get a good sense if it is going to be beneficial....at $250 a pop, the very worst thing I am getting is a good relaxing nap....at least he was honest and didn't promise me anything.

Hi there,

I have been wondering about this for a while. There is a tank near me that is for MS sufferers. I was wondering if I should see if they'd let me in.

Today was my 3rd session. The results are mixed as I think it has reduced inflammation and redness in my cheeks but then again it could just be the amazing Malibu weather.

I may try a few more sessions but at this point I wouldn't recommend this therapy for rosacea or SD.

I'll report back if I give it another go.....

Yes please keep us posted. A lot of cash to spend though if you don't get any benefits. I hope you get improvement from your next session.
